401 (k) Plan Design and Implementation
Package
The purpose of our 401 (k) package is to establish a
savings plan to help our client's employees save for their retirement,
and provide employer contributions to the extent this objective may
be achieved in a cost effective manner.
All Proposed Plan must be designed to help the employees
to contribute the maximum amounts permitted inder the Internal Revenue
Code, while addressing our clients contribution goals and the unique
features of that client's workforce. Our package would include the following
services:
- Development of investment policy and plan design
- Specifically compare 401 (k), SIMPLE and SEP profit
sharing plan designs
- Compare funding options
- Analyze fund performance and levels of risks
- Selection of administration services
- Determine if a turn-key or unbundling is the best plan
approach
- Organize enrollment meetings and plan presentations
to employees
